New York Recital
Ruth is playing a recital in New York at Casa Italiana on 6th October at 6pm, with Alexei Grynyuk, and special guest Sir Richard Rodney Bennett. The second half will be a screening of a new film by director Tim Meara, in which Ruth features, called In Search of the Messiah.

Classical Brit Award Winner
In May 2007 Ruth was awarded Young British Classical Performer 2007 at the Royal Albert Hall. The other nominees were Nicola Benedetti and Nicky Spence.

The Next Recording
Ruth has recorded her new album, of Bartok Solo Sonata and Bach Partita No.2 in D minor for solo violin, for release in 2009. She has also recorded Tavener's Mahashakti with RLPO and Vasily Petrenko for EMI due for release in spring 2009.
