Classical Brit Award Winner
In May 2007 Ruth was awarded Young British Classical Performer 2007 at the Royal Albert Hall. The other nominees were Nicola Benedetti and Nicky Spence.

The Next Recording
Ruth is currently planning her new album, which will be recorded in the New Year for release in 2008. The recording will include the Bartok solo Sonata and Bach partita no.2 in D minor for solo violin.
