LAST ROSE is a music and arts quest created by violinist Ruth Palmer, in which the Irish folksong The Last Rose of Summer (and Heinrich Wilhelm Ernst's eponymous virtuosic variations) becomes a symbol of the Sinai Wild Rose, endangered by climate change.
